  1. Registrant
    Everyone can register on this event. They do not have to be a member of NihongoKyouiku Gakkai.
  2. Presentation right
    The participant who is accepted to present by the selection team and has already paid presentation cost  in the predetermined period (from May 3, 2016  to 31 July, 2016 at the very latest).
  3. Presentation Periode
    1. Participant registration  (reguler Registration only and non-presenter) : Oct 2015 – Jun 25, 2016
    2. Abstract Submission : Oct 10, 2015 – Mar 25, 2016
    3. Abstract Acceptance Notification : Apr 25, 2016
    4. (Early bird) Presenter Registration : May 3, 2016 – June 3, 2016
    5. (Reguler) Presenter Registration : Jun 5, 2016 – Jul 31, 2016
    6. Full Paper Submission : May 3, 2016 – Jul 31, 2016
    7. International Conference : Sept 9, 2016 – Sept 10, 2016
    8. Bali Tourism Explore : Sept 11, 2016
  4. Presentation category
    There are three presentation categories as follows;

    1. Paper presentation,
      Time : 30 minutes (include about 5 minutes to preparaton time)
      Allocation : research presentation 25 minutes + Q&A 5 minutes

    1. Poster Presentation
      Time: 120 minutes
      Allocation/Form : Displaying Poster (A1 80 width x 110 cm length/height, within 1 sheet) and performing Q&A with participants.Online Registration :

      • Name and numbers of presentation topics below
      • Presentation category (Oral Presentation/Poster Presentation)
      • Presentation Title
      • Presentation language (Japanese or English)
      • Abstract (Japanese 1000 character/English 500 words)
      • Keywords (5 words)
      • Necessary equipment and facilities
      • Other presenters/co-presenter’s, mail address and affiliations
    2. Panel Presentation
      A panel is a 2 hour session, including time for questions, usually consisting of 3 to 4 papers integrated under a panel topic. One of the presenters of the panel should act as facilitator of their own session. On-line submission:

      • Your discipline No. and Name from the list of presentation topic below
      • Paper title
      • Language of presentation (English or Japanese)
      • A panel topic and brief description (English 300 words/ Japanese 500
      • characters)
      • Abstracts of each paper (English 300 words each/ Japanese 500
      • characters)

      • Names of presenters (may include a chair/moderator/discussant)

  1. Registration rule and the number of presentation
    Everyone who wants to register as presenter can only present maximum two titles (two oral presentation / one oral presentation and one poster presentation / two poster presentation).
  2. Content of Presentation
    • We are looking for research that has relations with Japanese education and original research that has never been published before.
    • Those who are applying to other academic conferences/research competition, those who have their papers published, or their topic is presented at the same time in another scholarly journals, are notpossible to take part in this research competition.
